I received my Bachelor’s of Psychology from the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma and my Master’s in Behavioral Science from Cameron University. I hold a license in both Professional Counseling and in Alcohol and Drug Counseling. I have been in private practice for more than 15 years. I enjoy working with adults and teens to improve their quality of life, relationships, and overall mental health.

I have a heart for the adoption process and am proud to be a certified Adoption Home Study Provider.

I am also a Department of Transportation Substance Abuse Professional able to provide evaluations, education, and Reasonable Suspicion Training.

One of my favorite things to do is provide Christian counseling for those who request it.

For more than three decades, Steve has worked to help people seeking to change. He’s dedicated to helping you learn healthy ways to live a drug and alcohol free life. At both outpatient and inpatient facilities, Steve worked to develop programs that work for individuals and families fighting drug abuse.

Steve is a retired clergy and his continuing passion is to help persons recover from the disease of addiction and substance dependence and abuse. His holistic and family approach to treatment has been applied in a variety of settings including individuals in the probation and parole system.

He has more than 30 years of commitment to recovery from this disease. He has conducted workshops to communities and professional groups as well as serving on panels and boards in several fields.

After all these years Steve still believes that recovery is possible and everyone is a person of worth.

Alyssa earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Science from Oklahoma State University in 2020 and her Master of Science in Counseling from Mid-America Christian University in 2024. As an LPC Candidate, she has experience working with children in both educational and counseling settings and is passionate about serving children and adolescents.

Alyssa strives to create a safe, welcoming environment where young people feel comfortable, valued, and empowered. She believes therapy should be both engaging and therapeutic, incorporating play and age-appropriate interventions to foster growth while promoting a sense of autonomy. She works with clients experiencing anxiety, life transitions, and behavioral concerns, approaching each session with a strong emphasis on building meaningful therapeutic relationships and walking alongside families as they work toward growth and healing.
